How it works
Export your dives from your dive computer’s app — each page above shows exactly how.
Drop the file on the converter page. Check the dive table, fix anything, and generate the QR codes. Nothing is uploaded — it all happens in your browser.
Open the MySSI app’s QR scanner and scan the codes one after another — each scan pre-fills a dive log entry for you to review and save. Tick off each dive as you go.

Dive2SSI runs entirely inside this page. Files are read locally, converted locally, and never sent to Bilal Underwater or any third party — you can even go offline once the page has loaded.
Good to know
Is this an official SSI feature?
No. SSI doesn’t offer a bulk import, and this QR format was worked out by the diving community (the Subsurface project and takken.io). It has worked reliably for years, but SSI could change it at any time. The MySSI app always shows you the dive details for review before saving — scan your first dive as a test and check the numbers before doing the whole batch.
What data goes into each QR code?
Date and time, dive time (minutes), max depth, water temperature (min/max), and — when your export has them — air temperature and visibility, plus the dive type (scuba, freediving, extended range, rebreather). Dive site, buddies and photos are best added in the app itself; optional defaults for weather, entry, current and water type can be set on each converter page.
Is my dive data uploaded anywhere?
No. The site is plain HTML and JavaScript — your files are parsed inside your browser and never leave your device. You can even load a converter page, go offline, and it still works.
I have a Scubapro computer — do I need this at all?
Probably not: SCUBAPRO LogTRAK 2.0 can connect to your SSI account and share dives directly (Account Settings → Connect SSI Account). See the Scubapro page for the steps, plus a QR fallback.
Why does my Garmin CSV have no depth?
Garmin’s Activities CSV export simply doesn’t include depth columns. Use FIT files instead (the Garmin page shows how to get all of them in one go) — or import the CSV and type the depths into the editable table before generating.
My computer isn’t listed — can I still use it?
Likely yes. If your computer or app can export UDDF, FIT, or a Subsurface/CSV file, use the closest page (or the Subsurface page, which reads UDDF too). Halcyon Symbios divers: export UDDF with Dive Exporter or Subsurface.
